It's that time of the year again. I am participating in the #Hike4Heart on September 10, 2023, to raise heart-health awareness and funds for local healthcare at St. Mary’s General Hospital - home of St. Mary's Regional Cardiac Care Centre.
This year, St. Mary's is celebrating 20 years of offering cardiac care services to Kitchener-Waterloo and beyond! By supporting the 31st Annual Hike for Heart and St. Mary’s General Hospital, I am promoting the importance of health and well-being across my community, while raising funds to help patients receive the care they need when they need it.
