As Chair of the St. Mary's General Hospital ("SMGH") Board of Trustees, I am excited to be participating in #Hike4Heart on September 10, 2023, to raise heart-health awareness and funds for local healthcare at SMGH - home of St. Mary's Regional Cardiac Care Centre.
This year, SMGH is celebrating 20 years of offering cardiac care services to Kitchener-Waterloo and beyond! By supporting the 31st Annual Hike for Heart and SMGH, I am promoting the importance of health and well-being across my community, while raising funds to help patients receive the care they need when they need it.
